• Establish consumer marketing strategy and promotional calendar of communications • Work with the leadership and data analytics team to determine segmentation tactics, triggering events, and other targeting strategies • Work with existing resources/assets and the company’s creative resources to deploy appropriate creative assets in marketing • Co-own long-term strategy/testing roadmap for selling video on demand classes • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party resources
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience required • Digital marketing strategy experience required • Email segmentation and list management experience required
• Campaign management experience required • Paid media experience preferred
