The Contract Administrator will manage subscription renewals. They will support the Brand Sales team to reach their quarterly regional targets. Responsible for keeping track and structuring various tasks and employee documents, including:
• Assisting Sales and coordinating the overall team with renewal details for WebCenter projects.
• Single point of contact for Fields Sales order entry documentation and administration for all order and contracts.
• Managing subscription renewals for the fie

Education + Experience
• 3+ years of proven track record in a customer-facing role (Coordinator, Sales assistant, Customer success, relationship management, or client services)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Experience and exposure in SaaS or Enterprise software platform a plus
• History of being a team player, relationship builder, with an eye for details
