Manage BIM/VDC third-party consultants. Facilitate conversations regarding design coordination and constructability and generate visuals from the models to support conversations. Assemble all vital and available quantities for estimates. Train Project Team members in the use of BIM software. Communicate the impact of the BIM process on the project lifecycle. Construction Project Technology Setup and train on information management systems including Vico, Revit, and BIM360. Understanding of fund

Education + Experience

Four-year architecture, engineering, construction management, or related degree, along with knowledge of design and construction process. Minimum of Two years’ experience in the AECO industry with project delivery experience. Experience with estimating is preferred. Strong experience with a variety of BIM applications including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is crucial. Any additional 3D modeling experience is beneficial.
